If you change your mind after you’ve placed your order, then don’t worry. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will cancel your shipment and refund your money, no questions asked. Please make sure you provide your name and order number. We aim to send out orders on the following business day after they have been placed, except in cases where a clinical follow-up is required, so please ensure you contact us as soon as possible. If your medication has already been despatched, then you will not be able to cancel your order and we are unable to offer a refund. This is because of legislation around prescription medication as once it has been sent to you, it cannot be used by anyone else.
No. Deliveries are to the UK only. Due to legal and logistical reasons, we cannot currently send medication outside the UK.

We dispatch orders from our pharmacy in Lancashire Monday to Friday. The last dispatch before the weekend goes at 10.30am on a Friday. If your order is processed after this point, it will be shipped on the next business day, assuming you are approved for the programme. We ship with next-day delivery, so you can expect to receive your order 1-2 business days after dispatch. You are able to select your preferred delivery day when you place your order. However, please be aware that if there are any queries with your consultation form, the prescriber might need to contact you directly to clarify or check things and this may delay your order by a day or two.
Patients in Remote Locations including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles
Orders placed from patients in remote locations have a 2-day delivery timeframe, and the last day that these are dispatched is on a Wednesday. If your order has been processed after Wednesday 2 pm, it will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery will take 2 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please make sure someone is in at the delivery address that you’ve given on the day of delivery. If you are not in and you miss the courier, then it will be sent back to the depot and you can reschedule a further delivery the next day. This can only happen once. If there is another failed delivery, then it will be returned to the pharmacy. Because it is a prescribed medication, it cannot be given to anyone else. There will be a charge of £20 to cover the cost of re-delivering your medication. If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, we will not issue a replacement or refund.
For parcels despatched on Monday to Wednesday inclusive, there will be two delivery attempts. Those despatched on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, DPD may attempt a second delivery attempt. We may also use royal mail if DPD is unavailable.
